Wind loads are determined by the gauge of the metal and the overall height of the building. Example of wind and snow load, a 25 feet wide by 12 feet tall in 24 gauge has a snow load of 33 PSF and a wind load of 181 MPH. The same building done in 15 gauge has a snow load of 178 PSF and a wind load of 403 MPH. A 50 ft wide by 19 ft peak done in 20 gauge has a snow load of 15 PSF and wind load of 148 MPH.
