Due to the unique design, Pioneer buildings can be put up with as little as 3 people.  4 is more desirable, and there are a lot of tips that will help in construction.  All buildings come with a complete instruction manual to help in constructing..  They can be set on a slab, or on runners.  Due to their design, you do not have to have a footing that goes below the frost line.  The footing needs to be 18 inches deep and the same in width.  There are 2 different styles of slab construction. One with a 4 inch trough where you do not use "arch Channel" and the other where you use base u-channel.  This method is considered much easer to construct the slab.  They can also be placed on a "stem wall" to achieve a greater side height.
