Agent Agreement

 This agreement is by and between Future Horizons, and it’s Agents (a representative for Future Horizons) to secure and maintain a customer database of professionals). Properties agent will Market:

1. allpropeople.com

2. freecashok.com

3. autoloansok.com

4. okautomotive.com

5. Any future properties released by Future Horizons.

Agent will be considered an independent contractor and will be responsible for all their own taxes, and insurances.  Future Horizons will complete a 1099 form.  The 1099 form will be sent to the independent contractor at the end of each year.

 Agent will be paid according to the following schedule.

One Time Set up Fees & 1st Quarterly payment- paid at 50% up-on receipt at home office of Future  Horizons P O Box 7241  Moore, Ok  73153

Monthly recurring to be paid at 20%

  Example:  One time set up $25.00 plus 3mo. @ $25.00 = $75.00 combined one time = $100.00 X 50% = $50.00 due to the Agent.   Monthly recurring of $25.00 x 500 customers = $12,500 x 20% = $2,500.00 per mo.

Free Cash Pay Schedule – Each cash coupon sold by the Agent is  $100.00 x 20% = $20.00 paid to the Agent.

Autoloansok.com

Auto Loan Pay Schedule – Each Credit Application which secured and Loan and received Delivery of a Vehicle is $150.00 x 20% = $20.00 paid to the Agent.

  The requirements of an Agent:

Allpropeople.com

  • Conduct Sales presentation to obtain new customers
    • Sign up new customer
    • Obtain two references
    • Secure the one time set up fee plus 3 months in advance
    • Maintain an acceptable growth rate status
  • Maintain Customer Database
    • Obtain and submit all adds, changes, and cancels to Future Horizons
    • Ensure customer’s accounts are paid in a timely manner

Autoloansok.com

  • Follow-up on customers who use an autoloansok credit app to verify securing a vehicle belonging to a participating dealer with autoloansok. Once verified, placed in data base for email delivery to Future Horizons home office for billing of said dealer which received sale from autoloansok.com

Freecashok.com

  • Follow-up on customers who use a freecashok.com coupon  purchasing a vehicle from a participating dealer with freecashok.com.  Verify securing a vehicle belonging to a participating dealer at freecashok.com. Once verified, placed in data base for email delivery to Future Horizons home office for billing of said dealer which received sale from freecashok.com web site

The Agent will receive a 20% monthly residual on the customers acquired by said Agent, under the following conditions.

  • The Agent is employed ( as an independent agent or contractor by Future Horizons).
  • The Agent represents all properties made available by Future Horizons in a professional and honest manner including above-mentioned properties.
  • Agent must maintain the active database of clients.
  • Agent must market in their area all properties owned by Future Horizons.

   Agent does hereby understand and agree, the customers of Future Horizons and all it’s properties, are the sole property of Future Horizons and all information is proprietary.  All customer information is to be kept confidential and will not be shared are made available to any other outside party.  Any information on any clients or members from any of the above mentioned properties of Future Horizons would be protected and not shared with any other parties.

     If said Agent leaves the employment (as an independent contractor) of Future Horizons, all customer acquired during the employment of said Agent, will be classified as a house account and revert back to Future Horizons. 

o       In case of resignation by the Agent, the Agent will receive a one time payment of 10% of their active All existing customer base (must be verified as active members)

o       In cases of termination by Future Horizons, the Agent’s residual will cease immediately and no one time payment will be applicable

o       A Non-Compete agreement must be signed at the time of sign-up

Reason for termination will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Theft
  • Forgery
  • Mis-Representation of any properties belonging to Future Horizons
  • Any act that would be detrimental to the success of Future Horizons or any of its properties which include autoloansok.com , freecashok.com, allpropeople.com, and okautomotive.com, and any other properties it makes available in the future.
  • A failure to maintain and grow client data base for all above mentioned properties.
