   Front end profit means how much profit they made up front.  Their cost verses what they sold it for. 
Back end profit means what they made on financing and warranties and credit life or disability. These are insurances that dealers include in the payments of their customers. They are high profit generators.

This is their website that we use to show their cars from and is the only one we link into.  A lot of buyers will not mess with coupons because they don't like to. about 1 in 10 will use a coupon. the other 9 will just buy a car from some one found in getauto.com.  So when selling a dealer, you can say that for each one that buys through this website and we get a referral for, 9 more found a car and went out and bought it and we didn't get a referral on.
 All dealers pay what are called "Bird Dog fees" to their customers who send them a customer to sell an auto to.
