Ridge View Estates is on Cemetery road just a little over 3 miles East of HWY 77 going through Noble.  From Hwy 9, it would be South on 72nd, then East on Cemetery road. It is about a 15 minute drive to Hwy 9 and I 35. This addition is 2 1/2 acre tracts with horses allowed. It is fairly flat ground with plenty of grass land.  The addition has a total of 32 lots and currently the homes are all brick in the area. Minimum size is 1800 sq ft.  Home values in this addition range from $190K to 250K. The school system is around 5000 kids or so. Rated 5A and is considered a exceptional good school system.  Our first 2 homes in this addition will be a T series (2000 sq ft) and a UL 4 series.
